Privacy

We collect what's needed to run the site and nothing for advertising. We don't sell your data and there are no ad or analytics trackers on the site.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address, name, and a hashed password (we can't read your password).
  • What you add: your profile, projects, applications, messages, tasks and other content you write.
  • Technical: one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. Short-lived, anonymised records of sign-in attempts to limit abuse. When you last used the site.

Who can see what

  • Active projects and their descriptions are public, including to search engines and link previews.
  • Your profile is visible to people on the site. It is only offered to search engines if you switch that on in your settings.
  • An application is visible to you and the project's owner. A creator's private notes and ratings are visible only to them.
  • Team spaces are visible only to the team.
  • Your email address is never shown to other people.

Services that process data for us

  • Vercel hosts the site.
  • Neon (or another Postgres provider) stores the database.
  • Resend sends our emails.

Email

We email you about things that need you, like applications, invitations, messages and password resets. You can choose which kinds you receive in your settings, and every optional email has an unsubscribe link. Password reset and confirmation emails are always sent.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account we remove your profile and personal details, and your sign-in details. Content you contributed to shared spaces may remain in a way that doesn't identify you.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account deleted. To do that, use the contact details given by whoever runs this site.
