These are plain-language terms for using cosomething. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 and able to enter into agreements where you live. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.

What you post

You own what you post. You allow us to store and show it as needed to run the site, for example to show your project to other people. You're responsible for what you post and must follow the community guidelines. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

Agreements between people

When people agree to work together through cosomething, the agreement is between those people. cosomething provides tools to record terms but is not a party to any agreement, is not a legal contract service, and doesn't check anyone's claims, skills or identity. For anything involving equity, money, royalties or ownership of work, write the agreement down and get qualified legal advice. We aren't responsible for disagreements, losses or disputes between users.

What we do and don't promise

We work to keep the site running and safe, but it's provided as is, without warranties. We may change, pause or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the site.

Moderation

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, or that put people at risk.

Ending your account

You can stop using the site at any time and can ask for your account to be deleted. See the privacy page.

Changes and contact
